Move 700 lb. of odd objects 50 yards and back again

Use plates, dumbbells,stones, med balls, sleds,yokes,kettlebells, or whatever you can find to accumulate approximately 700 lb. worth.
extra performance – 4 giant sets of 50m sled pull heavy, 5 strict ring dips with 3 sec pause at bottom, 5 strict & 5 kipping followed by same complex with ring rows holding top position, 50′ back rack alking lunge 135/95 *rest as needed*
