I have alway been in love with coaching. I started coaching gymnastics in 1999 right here in CFBB before it was CFBB. I continued to coach gymnastics until I went to graduate school for physical therapy. After completing my graduate education and working for several fast-paced, mill clinics, I found the people at CFBB. They have the same passion for helping people get fit, stay healthy and live long active lives as I do! I knew instantly that these were my people. I still love gymnastics, which is a huge part of CrossFit, so the transition was a natural one. I harnessed my love for coaching into my physical therapy practice and furthered that with getting my CFL-1.
When I’m not in the gym or my clinic, I spend my time with my husband, two kids Henry and Ramona and our dog, Harlan. Outside of spending time with my family and CrossFit, I also love running and snowboarding.
