1b) bent rows 5*5 – heaviest possible

WOD – for time
75 push-ups
75 ring rows

Skill for the month of August – ME handstand holds. The goal is to work up to 60 sec on the wall, then attempt the freestanding version

Training WOD

1) warm up with ME HSPU attempt followed by ME L-sit. Then 20 min HS/walk practice. Grind away here
2) row 2k at 5k pace. That means go easy!!!!

Tomorrow is a rest day then back to normal 3 on/1 off schedule. Coach is off due to vaca so deal!
