Scaling:

Intermediate athletes should focus on improving their Mary score. Beginner-level athletes should find movement modifications and rep schemes that allow for minimal breaks between movements. .

Beginner Option:

Complete as many rounds in  12 minutes  as you can of:

5  push-ups

10  squats

15  ring rows
