This is a longer conditioning piece that will require smart strategy & pacing in the beginning. The goal should be to have near even round splits throughout. Intermediate athletes should complete as prescribed, while beginners will Opt for Single Unders & cut the volume to 3-4 Rounds or Cap at 30:00.
