Weightlifting

Shoulder Press (5 x 1 EOMOM ascending)

Start light to moderate & build. The goal is to add weight every set over 15 sets.

Remember your Push Press should be 30% heavier than your Press. Your Push Jerk should be 30% heavier than your Push Press.

I.e.

Strict – 100 lbs

Push Press – 130 lbs

Push Jerk – 170 lbs
